68b4f1df7f Update CHANGELOG for the upcoming v1.3 
Fix the packaging process to use git describe as a reference
Move the generated packages in the build directory, and fix the release and version format in the .spec
Refactor and cleanup the .gitlab-ci file
Move minimum version to PHP8.0
