Also:
- replace deprecated use of onKeyDown
- custom for moveToBack

Limitations:
- still no checking of proper registration before exiting wizard.

6a4d56d704 Perform echo canceller calibration for every option of the wizard. 
Also perform the calibration only on first start of the application, not
when the wizard is run manually.
