Synchronize conferences list when new conference info is received (preparation work for remote concellation/edition).
Change color on exclusive buttons in conferences list.
Disable camera button on audio-only mode.
- Change layout icons.
- Allow to change layout in prepare room.
- Add a status to Camera when Ready : print waiting message if conference is not ready (call created and have participants).
- Display avatar if camera is not ready.
- Change Active Speaker to use call stream and not participant device.
- Change avatar colors.
- Active speaker mode have scrollable miniatures (16/9 format).
- Move close preview icon.
- Change layout icon on selection.
