f5bedf0192 - Auto version from git 
- Use specific runner on Centos7
- Move appimage script in app folder
- Use git versionning for installer name
- Add qt plugin to install with appimage
- Reduce appimage size, remove duplicates
- Notarization of DMG and codesigning for Apple
