Julien Wadel cad5ed7635 Implement RFC3987 for parsing IRI (NonASCII characters in URL) to allow chat redirections on URL. 
Move QML code into C++ in order to have an updated API that take account of unicode formats.
Fix images display that comes from URL in chats.
