Simon Morlat	41a3e1e06d	rework multicast. It is not necessary to bind to the multicast address. 0.0.0.0 just works while the binding to the multicast address is rejected on windows ... fixes reading provisionning config file from disk on windows.	2015-02-17 23:43:20 +01:00
