5c1bd07b1b Add a unit-test framework for iOS. 
Launch using the following command:

   xcodebuild -sdk iphonesimulator -project linphone.xcodeproj -scheme "LinphoneTester" test RUN_UNIT_TEST_WITH_IOS_SIM=YES
