63bc42a555 fix AVPF management in offer-answer. Initiate an implicit avpf offer while implicit avpf is locally disabled 
should result in avpf disabled locally for these payloads.

14849fa6a7 Harmonizing and modifying error codes returned by bcRead, bcWrite, bcClose. 
Fixing errors in bcGetLine and bc_file_fprintf .
For the time being, bc_file_fprintf handles the offset update when writing to the file.
