C++ wrapper: reworking of multilstenable classes
...
There is now only one LinphoneCoreCbs instance attached to the core
that is in charge to collect all events for the C++ wrapper layer.
Thus, it is the concern of the C++ wrapper to dispach events to all
the C++ listeners.
